Bad staff.  Bad Management.  Bad phone manners. Only interested in getting your money.  Do not use these people they are a scam.  Find some doctor that has competent people working for him.  These people are idiots.

I AM VERY BLESSED TO HAVE FOUNDTHIS DR. I HAVE ONLYHAD ONE OTHER DR IN CALIFORNIA. THAT I HAD SUCH TRUST.I HAVE HAD TO SEE ALOT OF DRS IN MY LIFE AND I LIKE DR V AND THE STAFF I TUST DR V WITH MY LIFE. I FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH DR V. HE IS VERY CARING AND DIRECT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE HAS TRULY IMPROVED MY LIFE AND HE IS WORTH THE OFFICE WAIT.

My experience with Dr. Valpiani has been excellent. He always goes out of his way to help his patients. His whole staff is great. I trust him completely.
