I've Always Had An Enjoyable Time Here

Dr wrote us a wrong rx had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for the glasses thats when we realized the script was wrong had already ordered another pair online w the wrong script they said they would replace and get expedited shipping at their cost had to wait another 2 weeks for the expedited glasses...this place is a joke kept telling me theyd call me back never did. One of the girls said well everyone makes mistakes your right but most people would try to fix it in a timely manner. Had to reorder and repay for the online glasses as well which i think they should be responsible for.
