These guys went above and beyond for us! Excellent service and were prompt and had everything needed to complete the move! Handled our stuff with care and were courteous. Used these guys for my move back last October - super nice group! They took care of my items and were very courteous and helpful! I have their names for my next move in a few month I hope the same group is still around when it's time for my relocation.

These guys were amazing! They were professional, polite and worked tirelessly through a very difficult move under the worst circumstances. They never once complained although it was extremely hot and they were carrying furniture and boxes up a hill to the truck. They took amazing care of my special pieces and supplied their own blankets and wrap. I've never seen guys work so hard and so happily as they did. I really wish I could call special attention to my 3 man crew- I believe it was Dustin, TJ and I didn't catch the 3rd name. Not only did they give me a great deal- they offered me a house blessing and prayer for my new home at the end. If you want movers who truly care about what they are doing and willing to work hard with upbeat and phenomenally pleasant dispositions choose A Better Movers! They truly rocked!

Update: Brett called me to discuss the dismal experience noted below. He did show concern for the way things happened and truly went above an beyond to rectify the situation. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 5 star. Even though the experience from that day in unchangeable, the way Brett handled the situation really shows that this more than likely was an isolated problem he is addressing. I honestly am very disappointed with this moving service. I have hired many many movers in the past and this is tied with the worst service so far. First they were and hour and half late for pick up. Then I was told by the lead guy that they didn't bring the biggest truck they had because he didn't know what all they were moving. I told Ben on the phone how much there was and the guys said they had no idea. So I ended up having to rent a Uhaul to finish the move. The guys said if they had the biggest truck they would have been able to get it all. Next, the guys seemed very un-enthused to be there doing anything. The damaged things in and out of the truck and in and out of the house. Not very professional. Very slow. On the cell phone a lot. Standing around jawing. I will never use this service again. There ads and what they claim to stand for do not match the work or effort they put forth.
