Worse taxi service ever call for a taxi they tell you 15 mins don't show up till 2 hours later get a Uber it's cheaper and the come quicker this company is a bunch of ass clowns

I just called About Town Taxi at 1:25 am with an emergency. The driver is obviously the guy who answers the phone, and he tells me we're only driving in a particular area until closing time......... but Google clearly states About Town is 24hrs..... and if you're still working and answering the phone at 1:25 am im pretty sure Google has your number when it comes to operational hours. This is why Uber and Lyft is running antiquated taxi services into bankruptcy.... BAD SERVICE!

Their driver of a silver Toyota Corolla with license  plate RCC**09 almost caused an accident  after he turned into the middle of an intersection without yielding. He is a dangerous driver and a liability to your company.

Twice I used their services to and from Atlanta airport.  Very good service and reasonable prices.  I would most definitely recommend.

The driver was kind and friendly. However, we left our coolers in the back of the van. I called him less than 5 min after he dropped us at home to ask him if he could return so we could get our coolers. The driver stated he was already on another call and could not. I asked him to please drop the coolers at our driveway at anytime that night. He agreed to bring them by. It has been a week and we still haven't seen those coolers. Such a shame to have such a dishonest driver!!!
