First off, when we went in to the store the owner was on the telephone and did not even acknowledge us, it took us ten min while in the store for her to even say a word. When we told her what we were there for she asked if we had an appointment, we said no even though we called the day before and they said they took walk ins. She began to complain that it wouldn't work without an appointment. Then, she very rudely said "there are things I need to ask you before we looked at dresses" then she said that we couldn't try any on because we didn't know the exact date, and that all dresses wouldn't be available a year later. she was just very rude and I would NEVER recommended this place to anyone. we did not feel comfortable at all!

I ordered a bridesmaid dress for a wedding I was to be in. The woman working (she happened to be the owner of the store) measured me, then ordered a dress based on her measurements. When the dress arrived at my house and I tried it on, it was so tight it wouldn't even zip up, nor could I bend over in this dress. When I called to complain, I talked to the owner. She insisted her measurements were right even though I came up with different measurements. She accused me of gaining weight, and assumed I was lying about the dress fitting. She began to yell at me through the phone and then hung up on me. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone.

I love the store, i love Heather ( The Owner) she was so helpful, i got all my dresses from her, all my girls loved there dresses and so did I! Thank you once again for everything

Waited for at least 5 minutes for someone to even speak to us- a very curt saleswoman. It was my first bridal shop I went into and the first thing she said was, "whats the date." I told her 6months, and she said very very rudly, "thats not much time. you might not even get it in time." She then proceded to run quickly through a list of the types of dresses. When we asked her to slow down and explain (as we had never done this before) she said VERY rudly that no, she did not have time as her dressing rooms were all full.

We walked out without touching one dress. I will never go back or recommend this shop to anyone. Not worth the time.
