Bought an arrangement basket with various plants and they were so healthy and gorgeous!  Told them it was for my moms bday so they made it extra special by adding butterflies and dragonflies.  So happy with it.  Will be going back for my next bday present!

It made me teary, you cannot find this place w/o dedication and virtuous heart

An arrangement from these spectacular people is art as described in only your desired’s imagination or they’ll care for you and see it best — family owned and operated;  come early they’re the only ones for the State or go look every where else I am not going to be responsible for your success or failure it’s Valentines Day do as you please.

Our dear friend's father unexpectedly passed away.  We chose Forget me Not Florist in Columbia, SC based on positive online reviews.  Unfortunately, they messed up each step of the way. I specifically asked for LOTS of flowers and very little filler.  This request was noted in the order, but was ignored.  We ordered the FTD Exquisite Tribute Standing Spray and look at what we got.  What incentive does a florist have to skimp its customers, especially in a time of grief?  For $175, I expected a totally full spray.  False advertising.  We had asked the florist to please send a photo of the arrangement before delivering it so we could make sure it was what we ordered.  Again, I confirmed that this request was written down.  They failed to do so.  Maybe because they were purposefully skimping on the flowers?   I had to figure out what the arrangement looked like through someone at the funeral home.   Additionally, it look 2 phone calls and me clearly spelling my fiance's name 5 times, yet the  florist still misspelled her name on the card.  Based on all of these mistakes and the fact that they'd skimped on the flowers (look at the big spot on the left side that is only filler), we politely asked for a partial refund of 5%, but were flat out refused.  However, the florist did say they'd correct the card and take it to the funeral home, which we appreciated.  That's why this is a 2-star instead of a 1-star review.  A very disappointing experience that took way too much of my time and added nothing but trouble.  :(   Please do not treat your next customer this way.
