Ordered some flowers on behalf of my father for my mom and dad's anniversary. I try to keep him out the dog house as much as I can. LOL! Ordered them by phone yesterday and was told that I was going to receive a email when they were delivered. My dad texting me at work like "Where are your mother's flowers.?" I never received the email so I called to the store and she stated that they were delivered but I know that wasn't true. Come to find out my mom's anniversary flowers were delivered two houses down and were left on the porch. WOW!!!!! Unbelievable! Who does that? Nevertheless my mom was still surprised and she loved the flowers. She sent me a picture of the flowers and they were gorgeous but knowing that they were sent to the wrong house bothered me for the simple fact of the house number is on the mailbox and the house and it is the first house you get to on that street. Don't know how that was mixed up. Please figure out your delivery process.

I went to Simplicity to purchase flowers for my daughters wedding and  had a terrible experience. Michael was extremely rude and accused me of "trying to get free delivery" simply because I asked him a few questions. He had a negative attitude from the moment I stepped in the store and didn't give me the time of day. Perhaps he was just having a bad day, but I certainly would recommend against shopping here. There are many other Florist in town with much better customer service.

They basically ignored me, I went elsewhere. I'd rather give my money to people who want to help me, not ignore me.
