Why would anyone purchase liquor from this dump when hazel's is down the street lol. Also, the cashier who wears the 76ers beanie is a paranoid imbecile who refuses real IDs.

The pricing for the product is  pretty good considering the location. The staff seems to be on edge and more friendly amongst themselves than the actual customers.

The guy at the register refused to serve me alcohol and asked me to leave. I'm 24 years old and have never had any issue purchasing alcohol before. When I asked why, he responded "I think that your ID is fake and I'm allowed to refuse you service." He barely glanced at it, didn't try to scan it, didn't even look at my face and immediately dismissed it as fake. He didn't give me any reasoning other than that, and told me to leave. I left and went a couple blocks down to buy at my usual store. Told the cashier there what happened, asked her why this guy might've thought my ID was fake, she saw zero problems with my ID. No idea what this guy's deal is, but I've never experienced such unwarranted rudeness from an employee before. Another review shows a similar experience at this store. Needless to say, I will gladly buy my wine elsewhere.
