In a pinch I had to get my gf's car inspected before a trip (as well as get the oil changed, and tired rotated).  A& P was able to fit me in to their busy schedule. They are always,  professional, honest, and do a great job at repairs.  I have grown to appreciate the level of service they provide as well as trust them after many years of being their customer.  I recommend everyone I know to A & P.

I sent an email in and in 5 minutes or so I got a call from a very nice guy. Worked around and with my schedule as we only have one car and my husband has school all day so I greatly appreciate it. Also sent an email back regarding my appointment and what I needed. I can't wait to have what I need done by these guys! Thank you again so much for the fast response and being so friendly.

Recently moved back to Oswego.  The exceptionally mild early winter set me up to be blind-sided by our first big lake-effect event.  (How soon we forget!)  I was effectively trapped in my home as I determined that being on the streets, I would be a bigger hazard to the natives than the snow storm.  Called A&P and they got me fixed up that same day.  I got a set of great all-season radials, from a manufacturer that I hadn't known about, that have me navigating the winter streets with confidence again.  And the trip to A&P was just as enjoyable as usual.  Courteous, fast and friendly service with a great follow-up.  Thanks A&P.

I have been a loyal customer of A & P for close to 20 years. I relocated to to Syracuse,NY 12 years ago, and tried another garage for an issue. After that experience, I found out quickly why it was worth the 50 mike trip back to my trustworthy friends at A & P Autos. I purchased Triple AAA with the "50 mile" towing just for that purpose, in case my car was disabled, it could be towed back to the only garage I could trust. Being a single woman, they never took advantage of my lack of mechanical knowledge. They explain any job that needs to be done, (if it even NEEDS to be done), and they explain everything. Their rates are very fair, their wok is the best. The wait time is never a problem. They never find "issues" that can't be verified. In other words, I trust them 100%! No matter who I mention A &P to, the comments are always the same- "They are great people!" I am driving a 2004 Toyota Camry, which is like new, and if it could talk, it would say, "I love it there" and "Thank you, MIke, Pat, Jeff and entire staff at A & P!"
