Ok, so my goddaughter came here to get root canals, on baby teeth mind you which makes absolutely no sense to me & also had her two front teeth removed. My goddaughter is 4. 4 years old! Later that night after all of this, my goddaughter & her mother were at the hospital while my goddaughter was bleeding uncontrollably. She was then sent to Scottish Rite to have doctors FIX what the dentist here had done to her mouth. She was in extreme pain & now we're scared about exactly what has been done to her. We don't know the permanent repercussions of this dentist visit. All I know is that she will not be back & I strongly encourage any potential patient to read the reviews & be extremely weary. If the HORRIBLE customer reviews aren't enough to satisfy your curiosity, I would suggest reading the replies from whoever takes care of that at this office. Whoever is responding to these google reviews is someone who seems cold, unwilling to help & quite honestly shouldn't be working with families about very delicate situations. My suggestion is STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!

Update: At Scottish Rite, the doctors said that some of the cement from the metal crowns was stuck to her gums & they had to go in & remove it. I'm not sure how that is looked over or how it even happens. I am an adult who has had a few dental procedures & NEVER have I experienced anything like this nor have I ever even heard of this happening. 14 hours worth of bleeding & 2 hospital trips but we're finally able to have a few answers. We spoke to the dentist who performed these horrendous procedures & his response was that he never got the messages from the on call service & that "it must have slipped through the cracks". Absolutely NO compassion nor remorse for the pain & suffering we experienced as a result of his negligence. We were simply a patient that "fell through the cracks". STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST!!!

The staff was very nice and answered every question I had. When my 6 year old son had to have a cavity filled the dentist did very good, my son did not even know he had gotten a shot to numb the area. He was very nervous before hand but came out of the room with a smile and proud of himself for doing good saying that it did not hurt. I was very impressed. The only thing I would say is that when making the initial appointment I called three times and the last time i called I was on hold for 15 minutes before someone answered the phone, which was very irritating. Other than that the actual visit was amazing, staff was amazing and the dentist was amazing.

I would have rated a one however I had the most pleasant experience When I called to make the appointment for my daughter Tayte, I was impressed they were so friendly & helpful I had to reschedule original appointment due to a school activity & the sweet lady offered a Saturday time which was perfect!! We only needed a cleaning an arrived at 9 as scheduled knowing it would probably take a little longer since first visit & paper work... however after an hour & many coming in after us already being seen, I ask why & was told they were being worked on & not a cleaning and it wouldn't be much longer, 15 minutes later they call her along with another guy who came in much later than us, take them back & begin X-rays on him while she sits in a chair still waiting... at this point she comes back out & we leave after an hour & half with no cleaning & very disappointed 😔

To be honest, I was pretty wary, based on other reviews, but pleased with the overall experience.  I don't want to discount others' experiences, but nothing negative occurred, the doctor discussed what needed to be done, which by the way was way different than another dentist in town, and quite a bit less expensive that the other place I went.  I feel the doctor was way more competent than the doc at another place, at the very least not trying to soak me with expensive unnecessary treatments.  I will happily return, and keep you posted if my opinion ever changes.  My only issue, and a VERY minor one, is being an adult patient in a dental office that was obviously designed around children, but that is not a good reason to not come here.

Don't come here! They will try to convince you that you need all this work done in your mouth that you really don't need! They just want money! I will never return here
