Had our things stored here for three years. Everything was fine till we moved our things out. We found mold on all our furniture. It was not climate controlled but still a inside unit. All our furniture was ruined luckily we had gotten the insurance the storage unit offered. The manager told me if the insurance would not pay for our claim to let them know and they would talk to insurance and get it covered. Well filed the claim with insurance said they do not cover mold and would not pay. Called manager back and told her this. She talked with insurance who still refused to pay. Manager told me she would talk with her supervisor and have them talk to insurance to get this figured out. I called back a week later and left message and have not heard back. Bottom line I’m not getting any reimbursement for my damaged furniture and I feel it’s rude to not even get a call back. Do not purchase the insurance they try to sell you it does not cover anything. Staff was fine at first then when they had to talk to insurance and could not get me reimbursed like they said they did not call back. They should never had said they would get my claim covered if they couldn’t. Yes I did not have a climate controlled unit but it was still inside and should never had the much moisture in the unit for all the MOLD I had on my furniture. I would not recommend. This was a huge learning experience.

I came to this place to try to rent a storage unit. The office was locked even though the sign said “open”. There was a sign saying that they are on the property and gave a number to call. I called the number and no one answered. I wasted my time waiting for someone to show up but then I had to go to work. I don’t know how they maintain a business with no one to receive the customers.

I have to give A+ Storage on Fortress Blvd. in Murfreesboro, TN high marks. The facility is always clean, access has always been convenient and Betsi Jackson has never failed to take care of me. I moved out of my unit there after 6 years there. I don't regret working with them in the least. A+ is a suitable grade. I highly recommend contacting them for your storage needs.

Betsy, the lady at the front desk, is wonderful! She is so sweet and even on the phone sounds like she has a smile on her face! I have nothing but good things to say about this storage facility! Very clean and very nice staff!
