I spent a month and a half figuring out my plans for a storage unit as we were planning to sell our home and didn't know when exactly we would need the storage unit. We also didn't know exactly what size we'd need. I spoke with Todd, a manager at the Extra Space facility we were looking at, a few times and he was always very kind, helpful, and never put any pressure on me. When I finally went by to check out the facility he had reserved a great unit for us and was extremely professional from start to finish. He made the process easy and I was out of the door in no time. Great customer service!

Extra space storage is a great facility. We have been repeat costumers in between moves within Nashville and out of state. We have used temperature controlled and non temperature controlled spaces. Definitely recommend for your storage needs. Todd is great and made the experience incredibly pleasant.

My daughter rented a storage unit and was thrilled with how easy it was AND how wonderful the manager was. With an upcoming move, I knew I would be needing a storage unit as well and she encouraged me to check into Extra Space Storage on Murfreesboro Road. We arrived as the office was opening and I was amazed that the manager called my daughter by name and remembered her! I was impressed, to say the least. My entire experience here was positive. Everything was explained very well, my questions were answered before I could even speak them. My every concern was met in a professional manner. I'm now a proud renter of an empty unit and I am excited to begin filling up my space. If you're looking for clean, secure, well managed storage, you've come to the right place!

Extra Space Storage and Todd have been great to work with! Todd has been especially helpful from initial information gathering to sign up. It's been a very nice experience and we are happy we decided to go with Extra Space Storage.

I need space for couple of month and was getting late for my flight. Todd set me up over phone and my space was ready with in minutes. Customer service at its best. Space is very clean and protected. He explains everything how it works plus gave me 1st month for free. Awesome deal.
