Shaddy business practice !!  Billing issues. No one returns calls in months to explain charges. They charge when they want and make late fees.  We haven't had this storage here for years and wanted to see paperwork and billing info. Never received a response over our concerns. Sent us to collections without anyone in charge or billing returning our calls. BTW we have excellent credit and now we have to deal with this problem.  Very unprofessional !! I would NEVER do business with this place.

Best place to get a rental storage space. Great prices, AND, wait for it, you DON'T HAVE TO GIVE SOME LAME 30 DAY NOTICE when you want to move your items out! So, on my LAST DAY, I moved all my items out, told the person at the desk I was checking out and, boom, I was done! No bill, not "hey, you have to give us 30 days", no hassle no garbage! That's the way it should be. And, You don't have to put down a last months rent or anything extra. You ONLY pay for what you use. So, if you moved out 2 days after the billing cycle started, you only pay for those 2 days. I would go here again if the wife kicked me out👍. Which she didn't btw, we just needed extra space for a while.

Been a customer since 2011. The staff is helpful and the couple times I've had an issue they have always worked we me.

they dont fix or listen to me asking to fix the payment crap they are not hearing my demands to stop this . i pay once a month and it shows i started at the 1st but they trick u ito late fees instead of taking care of customer who rent even more units they get busy on the phone . never to get anywhere with my asking to fix the payment date crap

Been here for over a year, I actually move twice here for a bigger space I needed. Good service, Clean, No damage.
