Horrible new management. Bad Customer Service. Inflexible.  They raise rates on you with no additional features. Total breach of contract.  Go Elsewhere if you can.

Update 01/2018... I used to pay $60 a month for long term storage.  They added $10 for supposed renters insurance. Then when I found out that was illegal, they still charged it and never reimbursed me for the over charge.  Now I am paying $80 a month... because they claim that's what I paid before. Like my invoices THEY emailed me are invisible?  Really?! 

Again, no new features to justify an arbitrary $20 hike in monthly storage. No electricity. No trash. No Nothing.  And no... reaching out to tell me that's my rate VIA voicemail... does not count.

Would not honor their advertised special.  Do not store here.

To the owner who sent a response.  I have contacted your property and your District Manager Luz (?).  They are unwilling to even talk about the problems which are bait and switch and illegally overlocking a unit.  I asked for the name of Luz's boss, so I could talk to them and was refused.  Obviously, your employees are not interested in customer service.  I advise anybody reading this to go somewhere else.

To management.  Your ad states "$29.99 First Month Rent + Free Truck & Driver!*.  What you are saying is that if somebody moves in on the 1st of a month, they will get 30 to 31 days for $29.99 and if somebody moves in on the 31st of a month, they will get ONE!  Your definition of a month is not explained in your ad.  Since your asterisk is after free truck and driver, most will assume it is IF the truck and driver are available (I did not need a truck so I did not care).  Additionally, your Property Manager forced me to sign up for insurance when I specifically told her I did not want it.  She assured me that it was no extra cost.  Just another LIE.  RUN away from this Company, there are literally hundreds of other facilities that will not pull a bait and switch.

The staff here is really helpfull.  The place is kept really clean.  I have not noticed any pest inside my unit.

Phenomenal customer service at the Arlington location.  The customer service really Falicia was 4 to 5 stars.  but I need access later....say till 8?
