I just closed on my second home (yay!) and had to share my experience of working with Anna at A team realty. 

Anna was an excellent resource for us throughout the process. When we started our search for our new home (first is going to be rented) we still weren't sure of exactly where or what we wanted in our new primary property. She was extemely patient with us, when we were admittedly facing a bit of indecisiveness. We probably saw 6 or 7 properties before settling on our new house in Buffalo Grove.  

We made an offer quite a bit below asking price and the seller's counter was just out of our budget. After a bit of finessing by Anna (pointing out some of the work needed and comparable properties) they accepted an offer very close to our original. I honestly don't think it would have gone through with a less involved realtor (case and point - our first home).

Hoping this review finds you Anna. As you already know, we couldn't be happier!

I recently purchased a foreclosure (owned by Fannie Mae) that used "A Team Realty" as their listing agent.

I don't think the agent (there's only one, she's the broker and agent, so there's no boss to complain to) could possibly have been less communicative/harder to get a hold of.  

She replied to email only once in a blue moon (I usually had to get my buyer's agent to pester her to get her to reply at all), and when she did reply it was with what I considered to be an extremely short email, and usually with incomplete/non-helpful information.  These emails usually required me to write a follow up question because I didn't get the info I needed the first time, and then it would take another week to get a reply.  Lather/rinse/repeat for the 2 months between our offer being accepted and closing.  And don't even bother trying to contact her after closing; that was an exercise in pure frustration. 

Basically, if this agency is the listing agent of a property you're trying to buy, expecting 0 communication would be the safest way to not have your expectations crushed.
