I randomly found A to Z Statewide Plumbing when frantically searching for a solution to our emergency. First of all, I was thrilled that a live person answered their phone...that was refreshing. They did a great job of following up regarding the appointment as well, staying in touch and keeping us updated. When our service professional JERRY arrived he was great. He was friendly and professional and did a phenomenal job of explaining exactly what was going on and the solution to our problem. He went out of his way to ensure that he caused the least amount of disruption possible (our office crew thanks you Jerry) and was very patient when explaining what he did and the final billing. If the other service technicians are anything like Jerry I would highly recommend using A to Z for your plumbing needs. Because of my experience today and at Jerry's advice I will actually be setting up an account to become a regular customer. A+ all the way around!

Great company! Super professional clean and neat. I am an investor and have worked with many plumbing companies, and A-Z's prices were very competitive. Ask for Don. He's a great guy!

I had to have the plumbing upgraded in the kitchen and two bathrooms. Tim performed very good work and is knowledgeable in his field. He was patient in answering all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend him if you are in need of a plumber. I give him 5 stars. Also, the ladies that answer the phone are very kind. A great thank you to everyone!.

USER BEWARE!!! This company is a complete scam filled with techs that get paid on commission. I called a few weeks back because I heard a pipe leaking and detected my leak indicator on my meter spinning. I determined there was a leak and what line it was coming from and called A to Z to fix it. They sent a guy over and charged a $90 fee to assess the issue. Ok, I figured that's fine. They'll pinpoint where the leak is and move forward with the job. NOPE. First of all he gets here and starts pitching me on water filtration systems and installing one of those on each of my lines...... must have had a quota on them that month. So basically I paid $90 for a guy to come out and tell me I had a leak.... NO ****! That's why I called! But it doesn't end there. This guy told me he knew what the problem was and there was a leaking pipe under my slab. The only way to fix it was to dig out the side of my house and tunnel under it to replace the piping. Told me it was going to be a $7000-$10000 job.... Following that debacle the guy tells me it's going to be another $499 fee to bring out the leak detection equipment and pinpoint the leak. WHAT?! Do you guys want the job or no? Three days go by of this tech telling me he was going to come assess the situation more. Three days of the appointment time passing and him telling me he had another job he was stuck on.... Finally I told them to forget it. Called one of the plumbers a coworker knows and he came over, opened up two walls with small openings, sleeved the line, boom $500 job compared to their $10,000 quote. Don't trust these people, they get paid solely on the size of their job. This guy had a crew and machines ready to come to my house and rip me off royally. Unethical, sleezy way of doing business. Stay far far away!
