Not only did I pay them more than $1400 for an emergency visit, but a month later was bathroom was destroyed and the floors in the next room were ruined by a flood.  When I called to get them to help, the response was "NOT OUR PROBLEM." If you care about your property and don't want to get fleeced, stay away from Rapid Rooter.
