Couldn't be happier with this place. I came in with my wife's engagement ring which had a pearl that kept coming off. I found this place through a simple search on Google and it had the best reviews so I figured I'd try it out. The second I walked in the door I was treated like family. I dropped the ring off on a Thursday and had it back in my hands the following Tuesday. I don't know what typical turnaround times are for jewelry, but I was happy with how quick it was. 100% recommend this place.

Brought a ring in for resizing, and these guys were super friendly, fairly priced, and my favorite part: they had the work done in a day, during the holidays, where other shops were quoting a week+. Only downside was finding parking... Good luck. But that goes for any third ward business and should not count against them. I will be back for sure.

I did more than my fair share of research before deciding on "A Trio"  and let me say, the reviews that led me here didn't say enough good about it.

The people who helped me out were friendly, courteous, and beyond helpful. No pressure, no overwhelming sense of obligation; just relaxed shopping with a knowledgeable staff.

I strongly recommend "A Trio" for any jewelry needs you might have; seriously, these guys are the best.

Couldn't be happier with my experience! 

Amy created the most beautiful engagement ring I've ever seen in my life. They never once tried to up-sell me or pressure me and they provided a perfect combination of listening to my thoughts and giving advice. Plus, my fiancé and I can't stop gushing over how absolutely amazing and unique her ring is.

10/10, Five Stars, 2 thumbs up high!

I just went to A Trio to get my vintage ring resized and OH MY GOSH, the people there are wonderful! They took great care in handling my heirloom piece and did such a beautiful job! I will be going to them for all of my jewelry needs from here on out!
