Kesslers has and always will be my jeweler. I decided to purchase a second wedding band as a surprise for my wife on our wedding day. This special order ring was an exact match and needed to arrive in 4 weeks time. They made sure the ring was in their store the day before my wedding. Doris was absolutely amazing in every aspect of customer service. Phone calls, voicemails and even emails keeping me updated on the progress of the ring. I will never buy anything from anywhere else. These people care and want to make sure every single customer leaves completely satisfied. Thank you for everything!

They were attentive without being pushy. Karen allowed me to take my time comparing items and making good suggestions based upon our conversation. When Karen's appointment arrived, Mary took over and was just as fantastic. Price is great. Quality is great. I will be going back.

Ann was awesome to work with. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and best of all, not pushy. She took the time to explain the different types of diamonds and ultimately found the perfect ring. Oh, and she even let us have a beer! Highly recommended.

Very helpful and friendly. Brought in jewelry that was purchased outside of Kessler’s but needing a new jeweler to repair and maintain. Price was reasonable and turnaround was quicker than I was quoted, which was a pleasant surprise. I think I found my new local jeweler.

It is far and few between places where people actually talk to you to find out what would I want. They personally care, there was never any pressure to buy. They found a unique ring for my fiance, so of course when we we decided to get married, I took her to Kessler's . I also bought my wedding band there. The followup was amazing and the rings arrived before expected. Truly personal service.
