Maybe this place was once nice, but definitely not anymore. The roof was leaking and the building was in poor repair. The tux they tried to give had a clump of dirt on it. For the 130 I spent on a tux rental I could have bought a new suit. Do not recommend.

By far the worst tuxedo rental place in all of central New York. Caused panic throughout the entire experience. Had 13 people in our wedding party and only 3 of them had their correct colors for vests and ties. One of the Ushers didn't even receive pants that he paid for upfront for in his outfit. Not to mention that my shoes in particular that I rented instantly went from full shoe to the soles three quarters of the way falling off. This was before I even made it to the reception. When we returned the tuxedos they provided little to 0 customer service other than apologies. Offered our party about a 2% discount which they told us they were unable to give us until the owner returned. After waiting almost an hour for the owner to return they told me they'll give us a call. This place is corrupt and some of the worst people I've ever experienced customer service with and I work in customer service. Anyone considering this place should instantly reconsider. Do not go to A. Vitullo's.
