There was a particular moment in my life when I was faced with a choice. Do I sink? Or do I swim? Instead I chose to soar.
Linsey Layne Jewelry is not your average home-based jewelry business. It's owned and operated by me (Linsey). And it is motivated and inspired by my son Layne. In 2006, I graduated college with a degree in Biology and worked as a chemist/scientist for the past 5 years.
On May 6th 2011 a miracle happened. My son Layne was born. He was absolutely beautiful and looked perfect, but things were very far from perfect. Not only was he born two and a half months early, he was born with a rare genetic disorder called Prader-Willi Syndrome. After being in the NICU for over two months my maternity leave had ended, and there was absolutely no way I was able to go back to my full-time job.
I have always loved and admired jewelry. I have spent many years hand-crafting jewelry for myself and others. I knew this was my time to do something that I love, something that I am passionate about. So from there Linsey Layne Jewelry was born.
Linsey Layne Jewelry does online sales, home-based jewelry parties, events, expos, personal styling, and more. I hand-select every piece of jewelry I sell. I sort through the good, the bad, the ugly, the over-the-top, the expensive, the cheap, and the ridiculous pieces of jewelry for you. I can accessorize your bridal party, or find the perfect pieces for your perfect outfit. I offer advice and tips on how to accessorize. And I can make you look and feel just as glamorous as you wish.
