Hired this company to complete work in my basement regarding backup water from heavy rain storms. Installed backflow valve in basement, including video, snaked and cleaned the lines. Work was completed 8/1/17 - 8/2/17.  All workers were very professional and responsible. Work was completed according to the written estimate. I was made aware of options as the project went along.  The pricing is very fair, and the work performed is worth the cost. I contacted multiple plumbing companies prior to making a decision on who to do business with. I selected A-Z Plumbing not only because they blew away the competition, but I felt they were being honest and fair in their assessment of the flooding problem that had been occurring in my basement. They provided me a written estimate and discussed my questions upfront. Other companies were not so honest in their assessment and were more concerned with over charging.  At the time of the completion of the work, they indicated a few changes as they proceeded to open the basement floor to the drain pipes and made me aware of my options to decide. I would hire this company again,  and will should I ever need to. I am looking forward to no more flooding in heavy rain storms. These guys did a lot of work and are worth it. They have the knowledge, experience and means to handle the job and are very professional.

I paid them over $700 and they didn’t even fix my plumbing issue. I won’t ever call them again. Lesson learned.
