Ted was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything and was honest about what I needed. He did everything he could to help and answered all my questions thoroughly.

Ted was great. However the supervisor he recommended to fix my ceiling was not as friendly. He did not call me back as he said he would and when I left another voicemail, again, no response.

Provided the quoted services and solved my plumbing issues very quickly.  He had a positive attitude and a acute sense of detail, also Bill was very considerate of my home and also prior to work he gave me the price and options which was very reasonable.   Bill was one of the nicest service people I have met in years!

Had sewage back up in my basement, read previous reviews and decided to call!  They arrived within 30 minutes of my service request.  My technician was #1199 Rene’ and I was very impressed with the excellent customer service he provided. Not only did he fix the problem, he described step by step on everything he was doing!  Didn’t rush the job, took his time until the clogged issue was pushed out!  Cleaned up the area and  offered several times to mop up my basement, which I declined since I’m O.C.D when it comes to cleaning!! Overall 5 ⭐️

Ted, #1700, was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything, was honest about what we needed, and answered our questions. He answered our needs late day on a Saturday. We score HIM 5 stars. We were disappointed call representative could not quote anticipated standard rate for services before visit.

We called on a Sunday morning and the technician Rene arrived by mid-afternoon. Rene was very pleasant,, courteous and professional. He evaluated the condition of our leaking kitchen sink pipes, plus the older disposal that had a crack in it. He presented us with a work estimate, we approved and Rene began work. He finished the job in about 2.5 hours, then cleaned up all leftover debris.
