I have been a customer for several years and have also purchased bikes for my kids here. Whether being helped by the owner himself(Jeff) or one of his staff, I have found them to always be pleasant and extremely helpful. We have purchased a few bikes here, but they also have been just as helpful with used bicycles that I had purchased elsewhere.

The people of A1A Cycle Works have taken really good care of my bike for years, usually they save me money if they can by refurbishing parts rather than replacing them. 
Recently I was looking, without luck, for a new seat for my Townie. Today I stopped in to their new location near Red Frog & McToads.  They sold me a used seat that was exactly what I was looking for. Again saving me $. I am a giant fan!

I went to A1A Cycle Works to get a new tire and tube. The replacement set I bought was very high quality and competitively priced. Because I'm a newbie, I got home and thought the new tube was too big for my rim. When I returned, the owner Jeff personally took the time to assemble the rim, tire, tube and all. Great local shop, with great staff!

Great people! My husband got a very good deal on a demo bike, and they have been very accommodating over the last 2 years since he purchased it. They even helped us when we needed our jogging stroller repaired, in a timely manner.
