I have had AAA for about 20years now.  Our agent David is the best.  Customer service there is great and employees are friendly.

I went to get information in person about travel insurance. After waiting about 10 minutes, the agent appeared and led me to her desk, where she handed me a brochure. My husband stated the purpose of our visit and instead of answering him, she pointed to the brochure and said all of the information is in there. I said, "We are only planning to go to Canada for a week and want to know if this travel insurance will cover a medical emergency if it arises." She again pointed to the brochure and said, "It says right there in the middle of the page that the insurance is good anywhere in the world. Canada is in the world." I slid the brochure across her desk and said, "Never mind. We don't need it." As we left, I said "Thanks." Then two strides away, I had to add, "For nothing," as that is exactly what we received. Nothing. Except the exciting news that Canada is in the world. I can't believe the not only poor, but extremely rude, service we got from this woman. It had me thinking that I may need to change insurance companies. But before we saw the travel agent, we received quick and courteous service in getting our trip tic and maps...from a temp. So, a mixed bag as far as service on site. I will rate the experience with 2 stars instead of only 1, but only because of the temp. If I had to rate it based on the travel insurance agent's service, it would get a rating of "Hated it." Sorry, I can't really say "It's okay" about the overall experience.

made several visits each time was told different info each time. Manager was no help at all, very frustrating experience. Rates keep rising but the level of service does not. I was owed a refund but each person i spoke to (3) gave me conflicting info.

The staff that served me is very helpful and friendly. And the gift of cup is very nice. Thanks.
