Horrible experience. Heavy set brown skin lady had us wait outside into she finish her lunch, It took a min for her to even acknowledge us at door waiting. Then she wouldn’t let me make a reservation online to save $30 because it was 10 mins to closing yet she said it only takes 2 mins to do.

I was closing out my account today and interrupted Jasmine while she was cleaning. She was very polite, friendly, and she was helpful. She dropped what she was doing to make sure that I had done everything right to close out my account. She is definitely the reason that I would be coming back to this location if I ever need you guys again!

Went to public storage on Enterprise Drive in Allen Park. Talked with Bonnie. She was very nice and was able to answer all my questions. Nice talking with her and plan on getting a unit there.
