I have used this office for a number of years and I have always found them to be competent and pleasant. The "2 stars" rating does not seem fair.  I have done International Drivers Licenses, document transfers for cars, trailers and boats, and love the maps and travel information at their fingertips. And this does not even begin to count the times my family has had AAA roadside assistance for broken cars, flat tires, and dead batteries. They are a little "old style" in the way they work with you but I think that is because they transact so many government documents that require "T's crossed and i's dotted". I never leave home without my AAA card.

Worst Insurance ever and horrible customer service. This company are all thieves they will tell you everything you want to hear just to sell you insurance and then later change the rates and charge you a cancellation fee of 11%. All of the insurance agents are trained con artist, especially Terrence at this location. The management is horrible as well, they do not return your calls or give you reasoning for the rate increase. Don't make the mistake I made and give money to this company. But if this company has ripped you off don't let them get away with it, file a a complaint with insurance.ca.gov. You can also file a case against them in small claims court you will join thousands of other people that have filed claims against them. You can go to San Diego Public Records and you can read all the cases filed against AAA Automotive Club of Southern California.

Hi, I'm posting this review not because I don't like aaa for an insurance co.Don,t go there for any dmv services if you're name did,not open the account.My wife of 32 years started our insurance policy about 20 years ago,but because my name is on the policy only as being insured,I cannot conduct any DMV services.Just does,not seem right.

I waited for 30 minutes to see some one about booking my trip, when I asked when I could be scene sense I had already been there for 30 minutes the anwser was another 15 to 30 minutes. Poor service considering my 50+ year membership.

Pay the $50 a year it is a godsend do it. I cannot stress this enough do it I will pay $50 to get away from going to the DMV just once imagine never having to go to the DMV. It is worth it.
