When receiving my rental it was very dirty so I opted to come back in 45 minutes after they clean it..... When I get back in the 45 minutes all they did was run water over the car will still very dirty and smelly... Before leaving Enterprise Kyle the Assistant Branch Manager made sure that I was taking care of and fixed the situation I really appreciate him being there that day. And when returning the vehicle to Enterprise I was assisted by Eric Johnson which made the returning of the car a pleasant experience and very efficient.... These two guys went above and beyond and I greatly appreciate them......

Staff was very professional when arriving even given the large amount of people. They worked to engage with each customer and never went more than about 5mins before re-engaging with someone that may have been waiting for any number of reasons. Upon turn-in they knew the closing times of different auto body shops and ensured their two vehicles dropping people off were stopping as efficiently as possible so as not to waste anyone's time. Based on the time I was dropped off, it seems that all the people in my vehicle would arrive before the closing time at their respective shops, which was great customer service in my book. I've dealt with some other Enterprise's, and this one runs a pretty tight ship regardless of who is there.

My car broke down last friday on my way home from work. After I dropped it off at the dealers, I stopped by another Rental Company to rent a vehicle. I waited in line for over 15 minutes. As I waited in line, I called Enterprise and reserved a vehicle. It took 5 minutes to get there, and in less then 10 minutes, I was out the door in my Enterprise rental car. It was less time than I waited in line at the "other" company. ON A FRIDAY! Thanks Enterprise Team... you were great!

My overall experience was pretty good. The process was smooth and easy and they picked me up and dropped me off after without it feeling like a burden to the staff haha. It was my first time renting so it was all pretty new to me. I do wish I could have gotten a car with a bigger gas tank, I was unaware the size soo it made the unexpected stop for gas at midnight on my road trip a little frustrating. It's just like the site describes I guess, if you don't add the extras you're used to in your car you literally get just the basics haha
