I am a AAA plus member and they charged me $35.00 to check on a flight. It took the lady about 2 minutes to tell me that she could not find anything. I went home and found a flight on line.
 It took me less than a minute. I had renewed my membership a couple of weeks prior to this. If I had of known, I would not have renewed. I have been a AAA member for over 20 years!

Went to get my photos taken for my passport a few weeks back and just got an email saying that I have to resubmit a new photo because mine didn't meet any of the qualifications. "taken with a neutral facial expression (eyes open and clearly visible, mouth closed, no smiling)" they had me smiling in my picture and you couldn't clearly tell the color of my eyes. My advice? If your staff doesn't know how to do something, don't offer the services. Now that I only have about 8 weeks until I leave I have to run around figuring out how I'm going to fix this and receive my passport in time.
