We went to AAA two Fridays in a row to buy Epcot tickets and book a hotel.    We waited a very long time the first time we went and left after waiting over 45 mins.  We waited at least 20 mins on the second visit.  The agent was friendly and knowledgeable.  He told us about a special AAA price for a hotel that provided a shuttle to Epcot.  He tried to book it, but the computers were down.  He tried 2 times then said he'd book it for us when the computers came up and mail us the confirmation sheet.  

The confirmation letter arrived in the middle of the next week.  My husband checked our credit card bill and noticed that we were booked and charged for 3 rooms.  They also had spelled our name wrong.  We called AAA and our agent said he would straighten out the triple booking problem, which he did.  We went to the AAA office to make sure.  The agent who helped us this time was also friendly and accommodating.  She called the hotel and made sure we had only one booking and changed our name to the correct spelling.  We were also able to purchase the Epcot tickets at the front desk on that visit.

I found out later that Travelocity offers a much better price for the hotel.  So I will check around the next time before I go to AAA.

I'd say that with the very long waits and the computer shut down we did not have the best experience at AAA, but the hotel they booked for us was very convenient and satisfactory for our short visit.

January 2018 UPDATE
I went to this AAA last year and booked a Disney EPCOT trip for my daughter and myself.  This time I didn't wait to be served, got a lot of help from the person who booked my reservations and sold me the Disney tickets.  I got good advice on the hotel and was surprised to find that we got free full breakfasts on all four  days we stayed there because we booked through AAA. I have no complaints this time and will return to this AAA when I next need to book a special trip.

My membership has paid for itself again!! Our garage keypad did not work after returning from a walk. AAA sent a locksmith in under 45 minutes to open my car so I could get the garage door opener. The service man was polite, friendly and quick! Thank you once again for making my membership very worthwhile!!?

I have been to this office 2 X, I will not be coming back a 3rd time. I have been lied to so much here I can't believe they are still in business. The guy in the lobby with a folding table told me he could transfer my out of state tags, that was a lie. After pumping me for personal information he then tells me I have to go upstairs to the office. I get up there they say they can do it but I need Fl insurance, and try to sell me ins. I get Fl ins come back again and am told no they don't do car registration I need to go downtown to the tax office. WORST PLACE EVER!!!
