Michigan's terrible road conditions took a toll on my vehicle when I struck a huge unavoidable pot hole. My front left wheel began to grind and all the lights on my dash started flashing.  My insurance is supposed to cover this type of thing.  Turns out they are not covering anything because the wheel bearing that was damaged isn't more than my deductible, but the required  alignment after the wheel bearing replacement cannot be done due to worn ball joints that they want me to pay for.  So now I'm stuck with a car that won't drive correctly and AAA refuses to help at ALL.   I've been paying for full coverage but received zero coverage.  Not to mention every single person I've talked to at AAA from the time I called to ask about filing a claim to me calling the adjuster trying to make my point that the ball joint issue is related, and every one in between, has been completely rude!

Would give a 0 star review if I could, the representative I just spoke with was the rudest person I have ever talked to, he ended up hanging up on me.
