The customer service has been good in my experience. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they are always too busy with not enough tellers.

Well, the fact that the finance guy carries on a 35+ minute conversation with another customer about college and life while there is a line in the bank is just absolutely absurd. You employees need to take your job a little more seriously and realize when there is a rush, you don't chit chat with one customer about nonsense until the bank closes. Arrived at 11:15am, it's now 12.

Nothing, the manager Omar is a prick and harasses customers by calling them on their cell phones and threatens to make extra charges on their accounts.
