My fiancé and I worked with Stephanie Ellis to plan our honeymoon. It was smooth and easy thanks to her! We weren't sure what we wanted and she gave us options, and also stuck to our budget! Would highly recommend her help for booking a trip.

Although the employees are kind they do not take customers seriously. I went to them and told them what I wanted on my vacation because of my lack of experience. They not only tried to sell me on places I did not want to go to, but they would not help me even though I went in there two days in a row. When I asked if it was normal for people to want to explore their options when shopping for a $10000+ vacation the reply was nope they just pick a tour and that is that. I am sorry, but I believe people should know about the product they are buying. I recommend a different travel agent.
