We had such a great experience! Melisa helped us to book our honeymoon and we absolutely loved the resort, the transportation, etc! Also, she is extremely responsive which I really appreciated! Highly recommend Melisa and Carmel Travel Company!! We have zero complaints! =)

Melisa was an absolute joy to work with. She was responsive and extremely kind! All of my questions were answered timely and thoroughly, the Carmel travel company truly is the best place to book your trip.

What a wonderful vacation! Melisa was AMAZING from start to finish! My company just got back from a cruise vacation planned by Melisa at Carmel Travel Company and I must say that it went great! Melisa is the perfect choice for anyone looking to have a true professional plan your trip. The whole company really enjoyed the trip as Melisa has everything so well planned that we didn't have to think about anything! How can it get any better?! From knowing the right hotel for us to stay in before the cruise to finding the best transfer accommodations, Melisa has traveled extensively and knows the places that would suit you and your travel companions BEST! Definitely the nicest and most knowledgeable travel agent I have ever had plan any of my trips! I highly recommend calling Carmel Travel Company in Carmel, Indiana to plan your next vacation.

Diane of Carmel Travel Company was very kind at first. I was working with multiple agents to try to find an agent who could meet my needs. I found one, and then contacted her telling her I was going with a different agency. She then harassed me on the phone, told me she was demanding to come to my home and present what she worked on, was going to charge me $200 dollars for not even doing anything with her, and then once I told her that didn't work for me she started correcting my grammar over the phone and calling me names. It was very hurtful and unprofessional. If you are looking for someone with experience and a professional demeanor, I would look elsewhere. Not only was in unprofessional, I felt personally attacked, and very disrespected.

Melisa just helped my fiance and I plan our honeymoon. She was extremely knowledgeable, easy to get in touch with and so much fun to work with. She let us know every available option and gave us the best trip within our budget. I will definitely be planning future trips through Carmel Travel Company.
