I got a flat tire, called around 11:15 p.m. and my wait time at the most was for 1 a.m. Called around 12:40 a.m. cause It's close to my maximum wait time and I wanted to see if anyone was close by yet because I was alone in a not so safe area at that time of night being alone. The lady puts me on hold for nearly 20 minutes so now it's past 1 a.m and she tells me nobody is on their way yet... some mix up as she recalled it. Once I asked for an estimate time of when someone would come, she said she'd have to put me on hold to see what she could do. Thank god a police officer pulled up shortly and came to my aid! AAA, was no help at all. Don't wait your time people!!!

The worst travel service I have ever experienced. DO NOT waste your time, effort and energy with these people particularly the travel counselor, Jeff Mattera. He communicates poorly when he does make the slight effort to communicate. He doesn't provide complete and thorough information or instruction and his follow-through is non-existent. Please save yourself from frustration and avoid this office at all cost. No one was very nice to us in the entire place. I am HIGHLY disappointed with the complete lack of service, courteousness and pleasantness. Traveling is supposed to be a fun happy adventure but working with these people sure soured what should have been a joyous experience. I am utterly disappointed with incompetence and complete disregard for any sort of service. You have been warned!

I called AAA at 10 a.m. and gave my location - Fla. Turnpike.  Talked to them several times.  By 12:30 noone had come.  Have phone numbers and names of all I talked to including the Tow Truck driver.  It was 90 degrees or more and I am 82 years old.   Called highway patrol and they sent road warrier who got me off the road.  What am I paying for?
