Pleasant if inattentive staff.  Having recently had foot surgery I was displeased that I was expected to stand at a counter.  The counter being all the way to the back of the location and my walk showed clearly the difficulty, I was surprised that no one offered a seat or otherwise accommodate me.

I was also disappointed in the cost for maps, international drivers license related fees and the lack of help in trip planning as a member traveling internationally.

Friendly staff, good service, and opened my eyes to things that are available as a AAA member I was unaware of such as movie passes.
