If I could give a zero star rating I would. This company is COMPLETELY and TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. I switched my insurance to another company through Cheapest Auto to get a cheaper premium. I assumed they would have taken care of the cancellation of my old policy or at least TELL ME that I had to do it myself. Neither of those happened and I ended up getting charged for TWO SEPARATE  insurance policies. Now I'm out $200 and have yet to receive a refund. I have called over 7 TIMES trying to sort this out to no avail. I kept getting passed around from person to person having to EXPLAIN the situation OVER AND OVER again with absolutely NO ONE helping me. I was told they would send me forms to send to the insurance company, and yet I had to call MULTIPLE TIMES and refuse to get off the phone until they ACTUALLY sent it to me. 

I am beyond angry and frustrated and plan on reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. This kind of oversight is not something I can just let slide. I'm not normally one to post reviews, but this company will no longer get any business from me.

UPDATE:
After writing bad reviews and filing a complaint with the BBB, Cheapest Auto Insurance issued me a refund to cover the cost.
