The experience I had with AAA in Tulsa was terrifying to say the least. The driver used  vulgar language and discriminated against us. Save your money on a membership and just use a local company.  It is my opinion that the guy that came out could have actually harmed us.

P.S. I called corporate and the only reassurance I got is that they would file a complaint.

Was there to get help a decent plane ticket and at first it was good service but then the guy didn't even bother asking if I needed anything else he just looked at me and said in a rude tone "I have some customers coming in a bit and I have to get paperwork done." So I left

I had as "quoted" $8k" in damage. A AAA advisor. AAA and Heffernan are the cheapest without a doubt.  The check I received was for $2500 minus the $1000 deductible. Now I have to YouTube how to replace the shingles, garage door, and fence to do it myself because I have the cheapest insurance available.  8K in damage.  $500 they'll give me for the garage door and roof (missing 15+ shingles... cost is $1500 from lowes)  They are the cheapest no doubt.  But after a storm hits... You are doing your own repairs....

I locked my keys in my car during a event at the Cox Business Center and the cheapest locksmith in the Tulsa area was around $45. So right before I call the locksmith a nice lady at the event recommend AAA. I called the office and was transfered to Helen and she answered all of my questions I needed and AAA was DEFINITELY worth the extra $10 for there classic membership! So I purchased a membership over the phone and I had someone help me within the hour. Soon as I got home, I told my family and now we are looking to buy there premier package for the entire family! So, I'll be calling back soon! I hope you get commissions Helen because you sold us 😅!

My car was overheating, and I knew it wouldn't get me home.  I was bummed to be having the problem in the first place, but I called AAA to place a service call.  It turned out to be a near painless experience!  I was greeted by a very friendly customer service agent, and was sent a text with a link to their app.  From my phone I could see a map showing not only where I was, but the status of my call and exactly where the AAA driver was.  He was there in no time flat, and was so friendly. He towed my car and took me where I was going, even changing the radio station to one I enjoyed.  The whole thing didn't take more than an hour. And this is nearly always how it is when I have to call AAA. I love AAA, and will never be without it.
