Tulsa Insurance Guy provided me with new auto insurance coverage quickly, efficiently, and for a low price. Before contacting this company, I had received a non-renewal notice from my previous insurance agent due to them no longer operating with a larger company. I was unaware of the laborious process of acquiring new insurance, and thus had put the process off until the last day possible. Thankfully, Krista at Tulsa Insurance Guy guided me through the steps needed to prevent a lapse in coverage. Even though I was completely clueless about the details of my previous insurance plan (another shortsighted error on my part), Krista was very friendly and offered me advice on how I could give that information (all I needed was to text my VIN). Within 10 minutes of sending Krista my VIN, she gave me a quote at a very reasonable price and proceeded to e-mail me a document to sign for proof of insurance. It still amazes me that I didn't even have to stop by their office to receive that proof of insurance promptly (I was at work and had no opportunity to leave early). All in all, I am more than pleased with my experience with Tulsa Insurance Guy. Despite the frustrating circumstance presented to them, they were hospitable, honest, and hardworking. I can safely say that I would wholeheartedly recommend Tulsa Insurance Guy to anyone looking to switch insurance plans.

I went to Tulsa Insurance Guy to see if I could get a better rate than what I have now... I worked with Krista. She was fast, efficient, friendly, and honest! She couldn't get me a better rate, and hoped she could help me in the future. I appreciate this honesty completely, and she can bet I'll be definitely asking her for any future requests!

They were prompt, professional, and proactive. It has been great to work with them. Moving from out-of-state became simpler with I met this group. Amazing customer service!

We've put off reviewing our home and auto policies because I thought it would be a lengthy process and require a lot of effort. However, after being referred to Jimmy and the Tulsa Insurance Guy team, I was amazed at how easy the process was and how much we could save. Krista walked me through the steps and did all the research for us. She compared our existing coverage to other companies and then used her experience and knowledge to make suggestions. In the end we saved a lot of money while even being able to add additional coverage and protection that we didn't even think to ask about, but are glad we have it now. If you have not evaluated your policies in a while, pick up the phone and call Jimmy and Krista. It was such an easy process, I wish we would have done it sooner! Going forward, they will review our policies when they come up for renewal and continue to save us money while increasing our peace of mind without having to worry about it. I would highly recommend!!!
