As a real estate agent, I am frequently asked to supervise repairs and improvements on vacant homes that I will be listing for sale. Finding good contractors is especially difficult. You really need someone who is reliable and does quality work, and does it promptly and without drama. I have gone through several painters, with mixed results at best. I discovered AAA Painting through a Google search and based on their positive reviews, I contracted with them to handle the painting of a condominium in Ledgewood. It went perfectly from start to finish. Dan showed up for the estimate on time. Delivered the estimate promptly as promised. Did the work quickly with his crew (Scott and Moses - great job, thanks!). As the job was concluding, before the last day, I went through the unit to see how it looked. It looked fantastic, and I noticed 5 little minor touch ups that I was going to suggest. Then Dan gave me a call and told me the job was finished and to go and inspect it prior to final payment. I stopped at the unit and the 5 touch ups were done without me mentioning anything at all. Obviously good quality control as Dan inspected the job thoroughly before finishing up. So overall a great job,  the unit looks beautiful and I am quite excited to begin marketing it. I will be recommending AAA to other agents and using them again in the future.

Dan and his crew do a phenomenal job. They whole job went just as described and was done within the estimated time frame. I would highly recommend Dan for any painting project you may have.

Dan and Scotty did a very nice job taking down the kitchen wall paper, repairing some sheetrock  and then painting the kitchen. Price was fair in my opinion. Dan always showed up at the time he said he was coming. Will definitely use Dan again in the spring for power washing and staining the deck.

Dan and Scotty came in and painted our family room and kitchen ceiling,large job- very professional, neat and pleasant. They will be returning in the spring to powerwash and paint the exterior of our house. Anticipating another pleasant, successful experience. - Deirdre Mcgregor

Dan and his crew painted the exterior of my home and did a fantastic job.
The place had not been painted for over thirty years and needed some real attention. When Dan and I met for the first time, he made me feel very comfortable and his knowledge about what he was going to do was evident; he made great recommendations regarding color selection and the overall project. Dan was also able to complete the work on my tight  schedule and for a very competitive price. Most impressive was the simple fact that Dan said exactly what he and his crew were going to do and how much it would cost and then did it, no nonsense.  Dan is by far one of the best contractors I have ever worked with and I would hesitate to recommend him.
