I have used Monk’s for 2 houses over a decade.  They are consistently reliable, clean, and do a great job.  The project manager we had, Angelo, does a great job.  He listens to your suggestions and makes sure the job comes out exactly the way you want. The project would not be the same without him.  I highly recommend Monks.

We just finished our first job with Monk's. Total hardwood flooring job on second floor in hallway and all bedrooms. Jason Solomon who headed the pre work was amazing. Like others have said, he's approachable, honest, responsive and there for any questions. Gilberth and his flooring crew came in and did a fantastic job, down to the detail in all the closets. They were super easy to work with, accommodating and on time each and every day. No calling to confirm they are coming like others need to, these guys show up when they say they will!!! Pricing was of course fair and reasonable....We will have them back for future jobs !!!

I hired Monk’s to finish the floors on several rooms on my main floor.  Jason Solomon was wonderful to work with and make the entire process as smooth as possible.  We set a date to complete the work and everyone was there as planned and walked through the work that needed to be done.  Jason was very helpful in deciding what work we should do and the best way to make sure the floor transitions worked out and was seamless.  I was thrilled with the work that Monk’s did for me and would highly recommend them for floor sanding and finishing work.  I really like that Jason walks through the project and everything is detailed and written in a contract so there is no miscommunication.

I want to applaud Monk's Home Improvements for their quality work and consistent professionalism. George Day was our salesman and everything he promised he delivered on. Ziggy was our foreman and he was fantastic. The team's attention to detail and quality work even to their input on picking colors was sincerely appreciated. We made a dramatic change to the color of our home and we couldn't be happier. I recommended Monks to anyone looking to paint their home!  What a fantastic team of professionals and genuinely nice people! It was a pleasure to work with them.

Hi - I met with Travis Marion (Monks) in late March 2017.  After meeting with Travis and going through the work I wanted done, I immediately engaged the services of Monks. The work consisted of: porch painting (railings and sides), inside rooms painted, ceilings, kitchen and rec room on lower level.  The price given to me for the services by Travis were fair and reasonable.  The work was started the following week.

The persons who came to do the work were first class. The quality of their work was very good and they were very easy to work with.  They were also very pleasant which is important when you have people working in your home for some days.  The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction.

Travis Marion came and checked things often while work was being performed and when his scheduled permitted.  He was easy to reach by phone or text with any changes.  He also was very pleasant and polite.

I hesitated initially using Monks, although they are widely used and recommended, as I felt they would be "over the top" expensive.  They were fair and reasonable.

I was very happy and would not hesitate to call upon Travis Marion and Monks again.
