My Wife and I are extremely happy with the repair work performed on our refrigerator. Both Matt Buck and Jim Smith of AAA Service Network, Brighton (also known as Dunlaps Service Network)  did a professional job diagnosing the problem and then ultimately fixing it. .If you need someone reliable for appliance repairs then "Go To AAA Service Network to get the job done.

I called Dunlaps in the middle of a very hot week with a broken A/C unit. All other places I called had a week wait but luckily Dunlaps was able to send out  someone the same day I called. I am a new homeowner and I asked my repairman, Tim, a lot of questions on how to properly maintain the furnace/AC and what are some simple things to look for that could go wrong are, how to fix them, etc. Tim was great and was very friendly, helpful, and informative. I feel like I learned a lot and as a new homeowner, I appreciated that.

I wanted to Thank Tim Redman for some outstanding service he provided me today. I am looking to purchase a new home and the current HVAC system had me concerned. So I scheduled a service visit for the AC unit and Boiler. He arrived promptly and went to work in his review of the complete system. During his review he provided me some good tips and showed me some issues that will need to be resolved.  At the end he provided a written estimate and recommendations.  On my drive home I received a courtesy follow up call from customer service asking me about my experience. This is what top notch companies do!
This is not my first  great experience with this company. 
I had a similar experience some 10 years ago when they responded to a emergency call and provided assistance to get my furnace up and going in the dead of winter. I promptly had them install a new furnace and AC unit. At that time I compared prices and found them competitive. I have had nothing but great service and support from this company. Keep up the great work! 
I wont shop around this time they have earned my business. Thank again Tim great job!

They installed our heating, cooling, and tankless water heater 10 years ago and have serviced them annually since. We have been very satisfied.

Water level was high in my pump basin so I called at 7:00PM on a Friday night. Service tech Kevin was at my house at 11:00AM Saturday!!! Great service and fixed my problem!
