Great service. They listened to me when I was explaining the issue. I had looked all over YouTube trying to unsuccessfully fix it myself. To my great surprise they were out here to my house on a Friday night late to fix the toilet and shower. Not only did they have everything up and working but the plumber gave me advice as a new homeowner as to what I should do with my pipes that run under my crawlspace. Truly this place is great!

Sent a technician out because I was not getting hot water. He came out several times only troubleshooting the problem. I tried to call them out because I have 2 disabled individuals (one child) in the house. We need hot water.! Anyway, the manager , "L" wanted to gouge us and send another tech out for an additional $100 after we already paid the first time. If they would`ve sent someone out the first time, with the right diagnosis. Another technician wouldn`t have had to come out to gouge us again. Would not recommend this company.

As a single parent for most of my life, I can highly recommend Horton Plumbing.  Though most companies say they are available nights, weekends and holidays, they aren’t.  Horton Plumbing was really there for me, every time, at a reasonable price.   Most of us can’t afford to take off work to wait for a plumber to show up in a four-hour window.  I certainly can’t. The plumbers were prompt, personable and cleaned up their mess.  I’m a neat freak and that is important to me.  Whatever issue I had at the time was resolved very quickly.  Though I rarely do Google reviews, I felt the need to do this one. Both times I tried using them there were money issues. The first time this happened, they sent someone out to give a quote and then the actual work didn't match the estimations of the quoted work. Then, last night, we called about a plumbing issue. We were intending to just leave a message and have the work done in the morning, but someone picked up and said they could send someone over then. We accepted, thinking that maybe they were open later than we thought; and weren't informed of their $100 fee to show up after hours until the plumber was standing in our basement. He told us our options were to pay $250 for him to do it then or $160 to have is done in eight hours, but we were going to be charged $100 for him to have shown up at all if we chose that option. To sum it up: we would have to pay $250 then or $260 later and had no opportunity to make an informed decision beforehand. I went to try to reach the company number again, but learned that the number connected to a call center that wasn't informed about charges or prices. When I went to talk to the plumber again, he was already partway through the work. He admitted that he was supposed to tell me about the charges beforehand and had misunderstood the nature of the call since I had had work done with them recently. He offered to waive his fee entirely and leave, but I decided that wasn't fair to him since he had already made significant progress. Instead, my significant other and I told him to go ahead with the work despite it being $100 more than it would have been if we have had the opportunity to make an informed decision. He did good work, we paid him, he left, and we thought that was that. This morning I was woken up an hour early by a call from a woman from Horton Plumbing who was upset with us because she thought we should have somehow known about their after hours charges even without them being disclosed. I told her that I wasn't sure why she was calling--we had paid and weren't disputing the price. My issue was that the plumber, as he himself said, hadn't informed me of something he was supposed to before he arrived. She kept being aggressive about the matter and saying that our plumbing was backed up and she was sure we couldn't have waited anyway and etc and I said, again, that I wasn't sure why she was arguing with me. I wasn't trying to get anything out of her. I had no interest in getting money back. I was just not happy with their history of changing and withholding pricing information. I let her know that I wasn't interested in working with Horton Plumbing in the future at this point (especially after this angry call out of nowhere), said goodbye, and ended the call. They do decent work; but we're pretty fed up with misquoted prices, surprise charges, and this angry morning call because we made a valid complaint about a bill we had already paid and weren't disputing. If the angry call had been a simple apology for the misunderstanding and lack of information, my household might still be a customer with Horton Plumbing instead of switching to their competitors. We can understand and forgive misunderstandings, but someone being mad at us for their admitted mistake and being unnecessarily aggressive isn't something we're willing to deal with on top of frequent high price misunderstandings.

I was having issues with my tankless water heater on a Tuesday, and by Wednesday Horton Plumbing was at my house fixing the issue! They were extremely pleasant, punctual, clean, and fast. They explained everything they were doing and made sure I was satisfied with their work before leaving. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for friendly, fast service.
