Update changed my 1 star to 3. They actually listened to my complaint!! When does that ever happen?! They only had ONE woman who did the insurance and it seemed every single time it was time to make a payment or renew my policy she was on vacation and no one else was allowed to take my payment causing me to lose my insurance. They even advised me to just mail it and the insurance company would accept it (wrong info thanks a lot) BUT they have since hired someone to cover for Juanita when she's off or on vacation and I actually had a more pleasant experience with the fill in woman. But the only reason I didn't up my review more is because of how RUDE the other employees were to her??? She went to print my temp card and the woman completely belittled and insulted her about using the printer right in front of me. You really should train them on customer service !!!! The woman did a great job idk how they even found reason to insult her

I have nj SAIP insurance and I'm able to pay it at this AAA. Went to pay it this month and guess what???! They only have one person the accept payments and she was on vacation, no sub or replacement while she is away so I wasn't able to pay my insurance. "Mail it" they said, so I did and when I called the insurance provider to tell them my payment was on its way, they told me they cancelled for nonpayment and they were going to reject my payment. So thanks aaa for being totally unprepared and giving me false information now I have no car insurance until your only insurance agent gets back from vacation

Owner/Manager/Employee of this Retail Location flew off of the onramp coming off of NJ55 South almost rear ending my car, then got around in front of me and slammed on her brakes in retaliation, almost causing an accident around 8:20pm on 8/3/16. to which I then followed said Black GMC YukonXL, PA license plate number starting with: JXV, to Millvile NJ retail location where said Employee opened the store and continued to do business. Just a little information on the kind of people who run this place
