Nice office, well staffed with knowledgeable and helpful employees. I stopped in and learned I could get a check for replacing my windshield. If you carry AAA, be sure to ask about the windshield credit.

Every time I call my local office in Sparks, Nevada, I'm transferred to a national call center that says they can help me with any issue. When I asked who my agent was, they said they show my very first agent, who hasn't even worked for AAA for at least 9 years. I called back to get another person and was finally given an actual name and direct number for my agent. I've never heard of this guy and am surprised he has never contacted our family in the past 14 years to introduce himself as our new agent, seeing as how we have all of our insurances through AAA. Disappointed...
