We are an independently owned and operated travel agency providing personalized service since 2003. Every customer counts! I Travel Internationally at least twice a year and do all my travel arrangements through Amy and Cruise Planners I can sum up my experience's with Her and Cruise Planners by saying I will never let anyone else handle my plans. I have come to not only trust her implicitly with my travel but  am proud to include Amy as my close personal Friend . Amy looks after me as friend would going above and beyond as routine . She looks after my spend as if it were Her money and always finds the best deals and Itinerary.

We have booked multiple cruises with Amy; she is an absolute pleasure to work with.  She is quick to respond to any questions, keeps us informed of any changes and special offers which we love.  We recommended her to many of our friends who are now booking vacations with her!

Amy is truly a pleasure to work with. I have booked close to 10 trips with her. She is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Whether its been girls trips or my honeymoon I always felt like we were in good hands. During COVID she talked me off the ledge multiple times with all the testing and requirements. I cannot say enough about her! If you are considering using a travel agent, I would highly recommend Amy!!

We will never book another vacation without using Amy! She ensured we had everything we needed for our recent cruise and honestly we were sharing things with others because of the knowledge we had from Amy. We have booked two more vacations with her and can’t wait to book more!

Over the years, Amy has been an invaluable asset to my wife, Anita, and me. Her knowledge and expertise in the cruise industry has allowed us to act on the smartest and most practical advice available.  She is always on top of opportunities, as well as pits and falls of which she informs us right up front.  Amy stuck with us through three schedulings of a cruise we planned to take with our son and his wife...the postponements due to COVID restrictions.  No matter where she is in the world, she is responsive to our communications, rarely asking us to wait for her return to her office.  Once Amy gets to know you as travelers, your likes and dislikes, your preferences and non-preferences, she acts instinctively in suggesting cruises you might enjoy, avoiding those you wouldn't like, even if the "price is right".  As the cruise industry emerges from the downside of the pandemic, competition is back to its old self and that's where someone like Amy is such a great person to have on your side.  She can cut through the wheat and the chaff and advise you on the best course of action.  Anita and I would highly recommend Amy and her staff at Cruise Planners for timely and sound assistance wherever your travels may take you.  Thom Field

When we first started to travel internationally we thought we could do it ourselves.  We had the internet; how hard could it be?  And, that worked okay, but then we met Amy and were initially impressed with her knowledge of cruises.  She booked a trip for us and we were shocked at how much better it was than the ones we had planned for ourselves.  Amy thinks of everything which makes the trips so much more enjoyable and takes all the stress/uncertainty out of the travel connections.  We will work with Amy for all our future trips and highly recommend her to our traveling friends.

Amy loves her job and it shows in the care she  takes to make sure that her clients have an amazing travel  experience.

Amy helped us with planning our very first cruise and she was outstanding! She answered all our questions and created a truly awesome vacation with excursions that were so much fun.
