They are too expensive when it comes to auto insurance. After years of paying a high premium, I finally had enough and replaced them with USAA.

It is best to be a member here and not an auto customer here.

This is my favorite insurance company.  I like coming in here because they have free maps for members. Very professional when it comes to insurance needs. The have my homeowners,  2 trucks, and whole life insurance all bundled so I get a nice discount. They will tell how to get discounts on your polices  and at participating stores. DMV is located inside. No long waiting for DMV service.

Has map vending machines. Just need your membership card. Even available after normal hours. Very quick and convenient.

My boyfriend and I were on a road trip in a bus with a broken fuel sensor and ran out of gas on the interstate. I was an AAA member, so after walking in 95 degree weather, we decided to visit this location to see if we could get some assistance.
	The manager there, Dave, was so kind and helpful. He offered us water and took time out of his day to get us back on the road. We are so grateful for Dave and AAA. They have always provided me with excellent care, and Dave and his location were exceptional.

I was greeted this morning with a funky attitude. The lady at the DMV section made me wish I'd just gone to a regular DMV for at least the chance of a pleasant experience. Upon arrival to an empty office, I informed her that I was a southern california member and had recently moved. She reiterated what I had just told her with a passive aggressive tone explaining that I would have to switch to northern california AAA (doubtful thanks to this woman) when my policy expires next month. Seriously thought I was speaking with a robot; she simply lacked human touch or any trace of empathy. My questions were "answered" with condescending matter-of-fact responses aimed to be neither helpful nor informative. What should have been a convenient trip to transfer a title on my vehicle ended up being a difficult ordeal that will probably have me not return. I hope this was merely an issue with me personally on this day because no one deserves such lowly treatment. I'll invest my time at the local DMV instead.
