New location with easy access and friendly employees. All of whom are very knowledgeable and helpful in getting you the answers and supplies (i e Maps and brochures) you request. Not only that they go above and beyond what the customer request but also provides valuable information that are sometimes overlooked buy potential travelers and it's nice to know that because of their experience they can and do pass along a lot of helpful information.

I just called the West Chester office at 11:00 on a Saturday and had to leave a voice message to call back during business hours! This was business hours they were supposed to be open until noon. I was out of town yesterday and locked my keys in my car. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with AAA only to be told first that they could not find me and then told I was no longer an active member. My membership card was locked in my car with my keys, phone, etc. I had to pay $65 for someone to come unlock my car only to find my membership card that was valid. I spent 45 minutes on some strangers phone holding a 3 pound dog and having a 5 year old granddaughter pulling at my pants. It was cold and windy! Maybe I should go back to onstar at least they could unlock it remotely!

Outstanding. Have been working with Lisa Mocho since last Aug on planning a cruise and despite some issues with cancelled cruise Lisa has been an outstanding rock of patience and understanding of the situation.  She has gone out of her way to keep us informed and responded quickly to our concerns and questions.  We are now just a few weeks away from beginning our Alaskan cruise.  Steve and Joanne

We are taking a driving vacation in two weeks and your representative was very helpful in getting us travel books and road maps to help us on our way.  It is always a pleasure to get our advance information from AAA.  Thank You for being there.
