Our trip was absolutely wonderful. Dennis and I enjoyed it so much. I have received a comment letter from Caravan which I'll complete and send in. Our trip was more than I ever anticipated. Matt Manuel is an extra special person. His commentary and history knowledge plus his attention to each of his passengers was so appreciative and helpful. I really can't say enough about Matt. The bus driver, Joel, was a special guy too. So kind, always helpful and smiling. My husband is giving me lots of credit for a fabulous trip. I, of course, know I owe it all to you. Thanks again. The trip was great. The folks at the resort did an outstanding job! Thanks for the recommendation. We so enjoyed it that we want to take the rest of the family to Cancun next year. Thanks again.

Beth was almost no help whatsoever. We booked a 10-day destination wedding trip for a party of 20 people.  Her default answer to questions was, "go check the resort's website."  Why use a travel agent when they offer no assistance???  So we get to our resort and one of our party asked me if we had been getting the same little gifts in our room every night like they were.  I knew nothing about it.  As it turns out, the resort was delivering things to their room that were supposed to be delivered to us, the bride and groom.  I don't care about the stuff, it's just another example of a screw up on someone's part.  To top it all off, Beth had booked our connecting flights so tightly that everyone in the party missed their second flight.  Everyone, regardless of home destination.  I can guarantee that I will never use this Agency again, especially Beth.
