Called Triple AAA for a tow and got nothing but a run around. My initial call was at 5:15 for a tow in Orlando, Florida. As of 7:45 we still had no confirmation of a tow so called again at which time I was told it would be another 90 minutes before they would be here, are you kidding me! He said they would have no problem getting it tomorrow, seriously. No thanks! I asked him to cancel and that I'd be calling tomorrow to cancel my membership too. After 2 years as a member and never calling prior to today this is not the service I expected. My son called another tow company and after paying membership fees for towing service, we'll have to pay an additional $85 outside of Triple AAA, but at least they'll be here in 20 minutes. THANKS FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TRIPLE AAA!

An exceptional location offering the full array of AAA services.  Road maps, discounted attraction tickets, emergency services, paper photos, car insurance, luggage....everything.  Outside they have free air for tires and an electric charging station.  The staff is friendly and resourceful.

Their domestic travel agents are very helpful and friendly but don't expect much help from the international travel agents here. My wife and I were trying to get help from an agent on picking a destination for our honeymoon but they were only interested in booking trips for people who already knew where they wanted to go. It's all about the commission with them...
Just to reiterate, great help from the domestic travel agents though.

Although the one lady at the desk was helpful and nice, the Indian jerk was rude and condescending, not service oriented at all. Got what I needed, but not nice experience.
